The following documents are required at the time of enrollment orientation. Please prepare them in advance.
- Enrolment Application Form ※
- Birth Certificate (English version)
- Passports of the child and all family members (pages showing photos)
- Immigration documents (EP, DP, NRIC, etc.) of the child and all family members, front and back side of cards
- Mother and Child Health Handbook (showing records of vaccinations and 1.5-year health check)
* We will hand you the necessary documents such as the contract and photo/video consent form.
* Documents and photos can be submitted either on paper or as digital data.
* You will also need to prepare school supplies and a backpack upon enrollment.
* Please download and print (1) from above and prepare it in advance.
