Admissions Interview
The first step of the admissions process begins with our admissions officer conducting a face-to-face interview with the parents and child(ren). During the interview, we will go through the procedures of enrollment (from application through documentation and payment). We do this to help families understand our teaching philosophy and school policies. We also take this opportunity to evaluate whether our school suits the needs and goals of each family.

Why do we ask you to do this?
We want to make your visit to our school as pleasant as possible. At the same time, due to the ongoing Covid-19 health situation, we ask you supply the information contained in these documents before you arrive so as to ensure a straight-forward arrival.
We ask for your understanding as we take the risk of Covid-19’s spread very seriously. For this reason, we must change some of our guidelines and limit the visiting hours to after 3pm on weekdays. In addition, upon entry into the school, all family members are required to record their body temperature. Anyone having flu-like symptoms (such as high temperature of 37.5 degress C or higher, coughing, sneezing, etc) will be refused entry. Please print, fill and bring the three documents (Visitor’s form, Visitor’s Health Check Declaration Form and Visitors’ Travel Declaration Form). If you cannot do this, we will prepare blank documents for you to fill out upon your arrival.

By this point you will have completed the admissions interview and have a good idea of what our school is about. To complete the enrollment process, we will ask you to submit the following forms and other documents. You will also be asked to bring your child back for a uniform fitting. Finally, you will purchase sets of uniforms as well as a few other educational materials.

- Immigration documents (EP, DP, NRIC) of parents and child(ren), front and back side of cards
- Health Questionnaire
- Health Handbook (showing record of vaccinations and medical report from 1-1/2 year of age)
